BBC is an Elder led church, though we are always seeking congregational input. We meet once a month to pray, seek wisdom from the Word, discuss how the church is progressing towards our vision and to review shepherding needs. Each Elder has a specific area of oversight to which they give leadership, wisdom and participate in as time and giftedness allows. Time is taken each month to discuss and pray for each ministry and their leaders.
Areas of Oversight and responsibility:
Aaron: Youth, Children, College, Equipping
Brian: Chairman, Missions, Men
Mike: Secretary, Worship, Staff
